"The itching came back every time we stopped the Apoquel pills. PupDrops is the first thing that actually fixed it.. We've been on it 4 months. She stopped waking us up at 3 AM., the red patches on her chest are gone, and she's acting like my old dog again. I only wish we'd found this a year sooner."

Clover barely rubs his itchy ears on the sofa arm anymore
Our vet had us tracking his ear redness during pollen season, it was every spring like clockwork and we'd end up on steroids. Added this in March and by the second bottle he was barely scratching at that ear. Vet was surprised when I told her what we were giving him. Not gone completely but SO much better than previous years.
I'm 71 and have had dogs my whole life, never had one with skin like this. My girl Sadie is a 9 year old golden and for the last three years one elbow gets dry and crusty and she licks it raw every time she lies down. Our vet has tried Apoquel, a cortisone shot, and an elbow sleeve that she chewed off in a day. The Apoquel helped some but I worried about a dog her age being on it long term and it was running us about $120 a month.
A friend at the dog park told me about this collagen. I was doubtful but ordered the three pack. The first bottle I honestly didnt see much and almost gave up. During the second bottle I noticed she would roll over for a belly rub without stopping to lick the elbow first. My daughter felt the area and said it was smoother without me telling her what to look for. We are now on bottle four and off the Apoquel. The elbow isnt perfect, she still chooses the hard floor over her bed no matter what I do, but the crusty edge is gone and she isnt working at it all night.
Thank you for making something that actually helps. I will post again in a few months to let you know how she does through winter.
Our two girls both get dry skin under their long coats. One stopped scratching so much after a few weeks, the other still has flaky days. Same dinner routine for both and I am watching how it goes
After our morning walk she used to settle by the window and lick the back of one leg for ages. I tried to notice whether it happened only on certain routes, but it seemed pretty random. We started this around six weeks ago. These days she might give the leg a quick lick and then move on to watching people outside. I am not saying every day is perfect, just that the long licking sessions are much rarer.
Fig's chest skin was always dry and red after a bath and shed scratch at it for hours. five weeks in and she leaves it alone. she still rolls in everything outside though lol
Olive has long ear fringe but it was the dry skin at the tips that bothered me. I can comb her ears without her scratching at them now. almost done with bottle two.
Delivery updates were sparse, although the package arrived safely. Since starting it, the paw chewing has dropped enough that we can redirect my dog instead of reaching for the cone.
I had been watching a dry patch at the back of her neck for months. By week four it felt smooth and she stopped scratching it. Nice to see both. Highly recommend!!
Day nine update: one paw still needs attention, while the other looks noticeably calmer. No side effects and no issue mixing the serving into food. Promising, not proven yet.
My dog Daisy has had allergies since she was about 2. Every spring and summer it was the same thing, rubbing her face in the grass on walks until the skin around her muzzle was pink and raw, then licking her paws all evening. We have been to the vet more times than I can count. She has been on Apoquel, then Cytopoint shots every 6 weeks, plus Benadryl on bad days. The shots worked for a while but at $400 every visit and her still itching by week 4 we were getting nowhere.
I found this through a facebook ad and read a bunch of the reviews here. I was skeptical, I have bought fish oils and skin chews before and none of them did anything. But the money back guarantee made it an easy decision. I added it to her dinner and she ate it without noticing.
The first two weeks nothing changed and I thought here we go again. By the end of the first month the face rubbing had become occasional instead of every single walk. My brother walked her one day and asked if she had grown out of it. By month two we skipped her Cytopoint appointment and she was fine. We are now almost 4 months in, no shots, no Apoquel, and her muzzle is a normal color for the first summer in years.
I am not saying its a miracle, she still has the odd itchy day when the pollen is bad. But this gave me my dog back and saved us a fortune in vet bills. Wish I had found it years ago. Highly recommend to anyone who has tried everything else.
We tried everything for the pink raw skin between her paw pads. Wipes, boots, a $60 balm, two rounds of antibiotics. Added this to her food and kept the paw wiping routine the same. It took several weeks before I felt sure there was a change. Now the skin looks normal after most walks and she lets me dry all four paws without a fight. Wet weather still makes me nervous but this is the first thing that has actually worked. Thank you!!
Bought this because he was scratching both sides raw every time the heat came on. Vet visits, cortisone, special shampoo, none of it stuck. three months later those long scratch sessions are basically gone. Should have found this sooner
Poppy had a small flaky area near the base of her tail that kept coming back no matter what the vet gave us. I saw this mentioned in a local dog group and decided to try it. It took close to a month before I noticed much, but now the flakes are gone and she isn't turning around to fuss with that spot all evening. Thank you for making this.
Sincerely, Celia Flores
Seasonal allergies hit our chocolate lab hard every year. This time we started the collagen when the first signs of patchy hair on the sides appeared. We are now two weeks in. Hair is filling back in on the thin patches, and we have not seen the usual flare build the way it normally does. I am cautiously impressed.
honestly didnt think a supplement would do anything after all the meds weve tried. one of our dogs licks his front legs way less this month, the other still checks his paws after walks. both eat it fine so giving it more time
i found the rough skin on her elbow while she was asleep beside me on the couch. it was one of those things i had probably touched a hundred times without paying attention. i started feeling it once a week after we added the drops, just to see if it changed. by the end of the first bottle it seemed a bit softer, and now on bottle two i dont notice her licking at it as much. nothing dramatic, just easier on her!
Small improvement with the itchy spot under our cairn terrier's chin. He doesnt rub it raw on my jeans every time I get home now, roughly five weeks. Vet wanted to do apoquel, holding off for now
Thought his winter scratching was just the dry air. Vet said allergies and wanted to start apoquel. Tried this first and a couple months in hes barely scratching at his sides after walks. So glad we didnt go the medication route
We have two dogs and only one had the itchy belly. His scratching is shorter after one bottle, but his brother still rubs at his neck. It is early for us
Gus is 8 now and over the last year I started noticing him slow down in a way that felt like more than just getting older. Slower getting up, not as into his usual walk, sleeping way more. Didn't want to jump to medication for an older dog if there was something gentler to try. Took a bit longer than I thought, closer to six weeks, but he's been more active since starting. Actually gets up to meet me at the door now instead of just lifting his head. Small thing but it's made a real difference day to day.
We started for the dandruff looking flakes all along her back, groomer kept mentioning it. Six weeks in and shes brill, hardly a flake on my dark jacket after carrying her around
